• Completed Visit Visa Application Form.
• Visitor’s Passport Copy (must be valid for at least 6 months).
• Proof of Relationship (Embassy-issued certificates are not accepted).
• Latest Salary Certificate (for government employees) or a computerized work permit (for private sector employees).
• Sponsor’s/Provider’s Civil ID (must be valid).
• Commitment to the visit period

• If the visitor violates the period of stay, both(the visitor and the sponsor) will be included by the general administration of residency investigation in the police control system, where the violator is followed up by the legal procedures followed

  • Non-Kuwaiti Residents: Must visit the designated immigration office in their governorate.
